John C. Graham, CPA, CFP

John is the owner and founding member of Graham & Company, P.C.  Since 1987, John has served individuals and business clients in a broad range of industries.  His expertise is tax preparation and planning.  He has extensive experience with foreign income tax issues including helping individuals (expatriates) and employers understand the complexities of working outside the U.S.  John also provides guidance to new businesses to help them select the type of entity they should choose based upon their individual facts and circumstances.

John received a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.  His prior professional experience includes providing audit and tax services with the small business division of KPMG Peat Marwick.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPAs.  John has also served as a board member with the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, Sinapu and as a volunteer with the Sierra Club's Inner City Outings program.  He enjoys traveling and taking bike riding trips with his family. 

Mark Lumsden, CPA

Mark has been in public accounting for seven years, specializing in construction, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, and professional firms.  Mark graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with degrees in accounting and economics, and earned his CPA designation shortly afterward.  He began his career with CBIZ, a national accounting firm, and joined Graham & Company looking to work with more Boulder-based companies and individuals.  He enjoys helping his clients solve problems and save money.

Mark and his wife, Katheryn, live in south Boulder with their daughter Zoe and two cats, Toby and Beckham.  He is originally from Baltimore, but loves all that Colorado has to offer and wouldn’t move back east for all the tea in China.  In his spare time he enjoys hiking, listening to music, and watching CU football.

Tonia Vermilye

Tonia has over seventeen years experience in private and public accounting.  She has experience serving businesses in the real estate, construction and service industries.  She has performed all the major accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger reconciliation, budgeting and payroll.  She combines this diverse experience with client focused principles to provide outstanding tax, accounting and consulting services to small businesses and individuals. 

Tonia received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from Regis University.  Tonia enjoys vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and walking with and training her dogs Jess and Ty.

Bonnie McNellan, CPA

Bonnie has over thirteen years experience in public accounting preparing income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations and trusts.   Bonnie started her career in the public accounting field with Peat Marwick Main & Company.   Bonnie graduated from Metropolitan State College majoring in Accounting with a CPA emphasis and graduated summa cum laude.  Prior to working in public accounting, Bonnie worked as a purchasing manager and in various accounting positions with private firms.  

Bonnie has been active as a volunteer for the Colorado Society of CPA’s and for various organizations preparing tax returns for the elderly and low income taxpayers. Bonnie has been co-coordinator for her neighborhood in organizing and promoting the Neighborhood Eco Pass Program for the past four years.  In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, going camping, hiking, fishing and biking. She also lets her dog, Ellie, convince her to go on walks every night.

Julie Martin, CPA

Julie has over fifteen years of experience spanning a wide range of accounting expertise.  Julie is currently specializing in tax preparation focusing primarily on individual and corporate returns.  Prior to this, she worked for Ernst & Young in their audit division serving the needs of manufacturing and insurance clients.  She then worked in a variety of accounting roles including Financial Reporting Manager for Apollo Travel Services (a subsidiary of United Airlines) and Corporate Accounting Manager for Galileo International (a publicly traded corporation). 

Julie received a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana.  In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling, reading, volunteering at her kids' schools and walking her dog, Wrigley.

Anne Walker

Anne Walker has several years experience as a full charge bookkeeper and office manager.  She has worked as a bookkeeper with many different types of companies including construction, real estate, and other service industries.  As a bookkeeper and office manager, she has performed all duties related to these positions including payroll, account reconciliations, account receivables, account payables, and year- end tax preparation.  She has taken continuing education courses in income tax preparation and currently focuses on tax return preparation, compilation and accounting.  She is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor 

Anne graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s in Arts.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her Golden Retriever, Gordon. 

Neymar Lopez

Neymar has several years of experience as an accountant.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Oriente University and joined Graham and Company, P.C. CPAs to provide accounting support to businesses owners.  She is fluent in Spanish and specializes in providing bookkeeping for small- and medium-sized businesses.  Neymar recently moved to Colorado and has quickly become enamored with the people and mountains.
